The Shadow is a universal human figure. Everyone carries a Shadow.

When found and cared for, your Shadow becomes an ally, unlocking dormant resources and forces you need to live your most expansive life: courage, insight and energy. When ignored, your Shadow sabotages you—consuming you with bad feelings and driving your behavior and perception from the subconscious.

This bi-monthly support group provides a safe space to find and grow a healthy relationship with your Shadow. In this like-minded, like-spirited community you will learn to bring your Shadow alive and keep it alive supported by the amplifying, accelerating power of the group intelligence.

Your Shadow holds the keys to the wisdom intelligence of the unconscious and who you could be, uncompromised by the needs, wants and expectations of others. Come discover this vital, brilliant being who will open internal and external doors you never knew existed.
