Shadow Work is about integrating your light and dark sides into a complete whole.

The lessons we find ourselves repeating are going to keep coming back again and again until we learn the lesson and acknowledge what we've been avoiding.

Now is the time to get cozy with darkness. A time for reflection, self-study, jouraling,meditation, prayer and reconnecting with our deepest desires and most protected hopes.

Shadow work is a way to identify what scares us, what we're avoiding, what we ignore, and what we choose not to deal with on a day to day basis.

It is also how we integrate what we identify.

The goals of shadow work are to become more whole, be one with all of our emotions, and be comfortable with all of our experiences.

Emily Guida, Spiritualist is your guide to your Shadow Work Workshop.

Class will meet the second, third and fourth Fridays each month from 7-8:30 PM and is $20 per person.

Since shadow work can be uncomfortable, we recommend bring comfort items such as pillows, blankets, water and wearing comfortable clothing.

We expect participants to also bring a journal (we recommend a new one for your Shadow Work) and a pen so you can record your journey and breakthroughs.

Emily will provide guided prompts for journaling each session.

Since the format is a group, there will also be time included for open sharing for those who are willing to discuss what they've discovered.

Each class will end with a debriefing to bring you back to your lighter psyche state before you leave.
