Shadows 2024 - A Night of Healing Through Performance Art

Save the date for the next Satarah Presents: Shadows show! December 7th, 2024.

As many of us have experienced, art can help us heal. Throughout time, artists have used many mediums to convey pain, healing and everything in between. Art has been used to bring attention to injustice, as well as create a pathway in the dark to the find light. To ease the aching of trauma and assuage anxiety. This show celebrates the darker side of ourselves, the shadow work that we all must acknowledge to be complete.

This show will tackle many sensitive subject matters, and will be for ages 18+. It will be a heavy night, but watching these performers release the binds of their trauma right before your eyes, can help spur that healing in you as well. We will have tissues and content warnings. Thank you for joining us for an intensely vulnerable evening. It is a privilege for all of us, both as witnesses and those holding space, and the artists putting it all on the stage.
