Important Event Information

📍 Shuttle Service:
Please note that the only way to access the event is via our shuttle service running from the Velodrome at Saxton Field.

Shuttles begin at 4:45 PM.
Please arrive at the Velodrome between 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM to catch the shuttle to the Silvan Steps Amphitheatre DO NOT BE LATE.
Parking: There will be ample parking at the Velodrome for you to leave your car.

IMPORTANT INFO

Please bring a cushion/ blanket or small foldable chair if you do not wish to sit on the grass
Remember to park at the Saxtons Velodrome at 4.45pm to get on the shuttles
You can not drive or walk directly to the venue, you must attend by shuttle
You can not bring your own food or drink
You may want to bring sunglasses as the sun will be getting lower as the evening goes on
Bring your wallet, there is a bar and food trucks up at the site.
The show can not happen if there's big rain. There will be a refund.
If there looks like there may be a chance of drizzle, bring an umbrella.
