YAM ON! with weirdo-pop wonders Lard Dog & the Band of Shy as they premiere “Lard Road” — a visual timeline tracing 30 years of absurdist art and the chase for creative glory.

Sing loud. Dance wild. Be a Yam Head.

Wave your eyeball fan as Giant Pretzel flies in, Myrtle stares unblinking displaying life altering Yamisms, and Farcycle Wowbrain twirls with theee enormous brain. With Monster head — Glen, Evelyn & Kevin, infectious songs, yam-fueled joy.

This event kicks off a month-long gallery showing of Lard Road comprising 30 years of material by Yamatorium creator Steve Erdman (a.k.a. Lard Dog). Doors open at 7:30, performance begins at 8:00. $10–$20 sliding scale, NOTA.
