Hosted by Monday Nights Theatre Company and Full Circle Theater Collaborative
Dip your toes into performing the words & world of William Shakespeare! This class is for anyone from beginners, who have never tested their mettle with the Bard, to familiars, who just want to relish in some sweet iambs. Taught by visiting Los Angeles performers and veritable Shakespeare Nerds, Taylor Jackson Ross & Kristina Mueller, this workshop includes:
- an ever-so-brief contextualization of the time Shakespeare was writing in and the people he was writing for
- a few theatre warm-ups for body & voice
- work & play with 2 pieces of text, one from a Shakespearean comedy, one from a tragedy

Instructors
Kristina Mueller
Kristina Mueller is an actress, VO artist, writer, & director and a founding member of Monday Nights Theatre Company. She is an NYU/Tisch and RADA alum. She has performed Shakespeare in many bars, on outdoor stages, in London, in a basement in Germany, and possibly in your living room. She passionately believes in theatre and film as wonderfully collaborative creative endeavors that can change atoms around and maybe even make your heart grow a few sizes.
Taylor Jackson Ross
Taylor Jackson Ross is an actress and voiceover artist. She hails from the sun baked fever dream of Los Angeles and graduated from UC Irvine. Previous credits include ten years of outdoor summer Shakespeare at Theatricum Botanicum and six years of immersive work with Meyer2Meyer Entertainment Inc, featuring interactive projects for FX, AppleTV+, and Disney.
