Shaking Medicine & Dance - Theme : 'What Do You Want?'

This is a gathering for all genders where we will connect with Mind, Body and Spirit and tune in with the question 'What Do you Want ?"  

I am so excited to step up as a facilitator of healing and transformation !

10 AM to 3 PM (there will be a short break so bring a light lunch ; the idea is to remain able to move in the afternoon)

Old Witta School

We will use the indoor and outdoor space if weather allows.

This event includes a significant amount of movement-based practiced and free-flow dance, though has reflective and sharing components

This event is for adults, all genders

This is an event where you will have the opportunity to meet your needs for the following (with guidance) :

• connection with others
• reflection with Self
• sharing in circle
• connection with nature
• surrendering to your body through guided spontaneous shaking aka Shaking Medicine ***
• tuning in to your creative movement with a Dance Journey
• making time to enquire about what you want
• emotional embrace and release
• day dreaming
• guided meditation for healing and expansion

WHAT TO BRING 

- A LIGHT LUNCH and your cutlery (fridge available) 

- WATER BOTTLE

- Pen and notebook/journal 

- CUSHION + Yoga Mat

- Sarong to sit on if we gather outside 

- Wear comfortable clothes, whatever that makes you feel good  and beautiful ! 

- your favourite crystal or stone for yourself, you favourite essential oil for yourself to use during meditation times 

- an object to contribute to the altar (flower, stone, card, jewellery ...)

About me: 

My name is Nathalie Paul. I am a Spiritual Healer. My Life experience is what brought me to choose this path. At the age of 7 y.o, I experienced a situation that led me to numb from all emotions. It's only 3 decades later that I became aware of it, when I had to face excruciating physical pain for years, and not long after the physical pain stopped, I went through a Dark Night of The Soul that took me on a journey of deep healing. Here I am. From finally meeting my Self, I became a Spiritual Healer. I took a student course in 2017 to heal myself, and have not stopped since. I realised that beyond 'healing', I made a choice to love my Self, stand in my power and activate my potential every single day. Not only I am willing to make an impact with my presence, but first and foremost, I live my Life with as much awareness as possible, and I am willing to make the most out of it.
