Each session is unique and builds on the last, offering profound healing and growth unlike any other modality.

About Shakti Activation:

Shakti Activation is a transmission of life force energy that awakens your Kundalini (Chi, Qi, Crystaline energy) inner light and power. It is a highly intelligent energy that contains a wide spectrum of frequencies that powerfully release what is unaligned within the mind, body and energetic field, resulting in powerful shifts in your overall life. This is a natural and sacred practice that creates a loving container for somatic release, newfound awareness and spiritual growth.

How it Works:

In a session you simply lay on a yoga mat and relax. Shakti is your own innate energy and spiritual intelligence that is typically dormant until awakened. Curated music is played to guide the journey, while a trained facilitator channels and transmits the energy through your body. Chakra and Meridian points are touched to clear blockages and realign balance. When the session ends, we will come together in circle to share our experiences for integration. Touch is not required is preferred.

The event will begin with a soothing sound bath to reduce stress, calm the mind and allow opening to the experience. Every individual and session is uniquely different. Electric sensations may ripple though your body in cathartic waves, from the crown of your head to your feet. You may feel hot or cold from one moment to the next. Buried emotions may rise to the surface to be transmuted and released. Spontaneous movement, shaking or yoga postures are very common. Some feel the need to laugh and sing, others may cry. Shakti Activation is a safe energetic space to heal on a deeper level, above and beyond your current limitations.

What Happens After:

After a Shakti Activation session, the energy within you continues to awaken. This up-level can lead to various positive changes contributing to a greater sense of presence, happiness, and peace. These effects vary for each individual and session but commonly include beneficial shifts in lifestyle habits, improved mental well-being and increased manifestation abilities towards one's desires.

How to Prepare:

Bring a yoga mat to lay on, water and an open mind & heart. Dress comfortably in clothing that is not restrictive. It is recommended to come to the session on an empty stomach or having eaten lightly, as it contributes to a more profound effect. Please be sure to refrain from all intoxicants 24 hours before and during the ceremony. Shakti Activation is never intended to be mixed with marijuana, alcohol, plant medicines or recreational drugs of any kind.
