The feminine pathway is tantric codes so infinitely sophic and awake - gentle in the breath-methods - slow, deep as it guides your body for a full bodied sacral energy of the energetic wombs nectar of feminine and masculine currents, destined for you. 

This breath is gentle, suitable for everyone, yin based it is designed to be woven multiple times for much more fuller inhalation of prana - more than your conscious connected breathing technique - yet artfully woven in unbinding your root chakra - with a tantric technique to orchestrate a pulsing of chi deep into the heart space - to creates a luscious migration for you to slow right down into the epi centre of the invitations gift to you.

   ‣ Weaving Kundalini Yoga pieces through, some aspects of Kundalini Bodywork with tools for Energy Activations + Embodiment

❍  Shakti Breathwork

 Emotive music that changes to stimulate the movement of pelvis and breath - an immersion into experiencing a breath that is a sensual spiritual medicine that spirals you within pain and pleasure. A guided breath that is transitioned in sequences to include potent necessary spaces of self-invocation to revive and unfurl into your true feminine surrender.

I facilitate this ceremony as a special and intimate breathwork that meets your entanglements in a gentle feminine way that initiates a path for you to bring the union of the feminine current into equal balance with your masculine energies - inviting you to bring them home. This ceremony is a signature style of I have been facilitating for years - as my kundalini initiations have deepened so has the honouring of the godliness of this breath.

   ‣ Savasana the juice of  pranayama samadhi that when held is a platform that brings your energies of cosmic, earthly + divine - that infuses you from head to toe. A sacred space for your soul to reassemble more extraordinarily, radiantly + ecstatically than every before.
