Learning what Matariki means is an enjoyable and significant thing to do. In this workshop, we will embrace the celestial dance and singing of Matariki, where each star tells a tale of resilience and renewal. Like the nine stars in the sky. Let us journey through mindfulness and wellbeing, guided by the wisdom of the Maori perspective with Paretio Ruha and Reggie Iwihora. We will also make Putiputi in bloom, symbolizing new beginnings, and the stars and fish adorning our path, we honor tradition and embrace the harmony of mind, body, and spirit.
