Welcome to Shamanic Breath for MEN w CACAO – Meditation, Breathwork and Shamanic Sound Journey. A New Way for Men to Come Together

Join us for a transformative breathwork, mental, and emotional development workshop designed for the everyday men.

Where community, connection and support meets meditation, breath work, self-healing, education, and self-growth.

How are we Different?

Shane, Ezra and Rich welcomes everyone… We offer an alternative approach to standard therapies. Using Meditation, Breath, Sound and Movement, we will take you on a journey within. A journey of self-discovery and connect you with your true inner knowing and bring forth you inner peace.

What to expect during this event:

👋 A relaxed meet & greet with Cacao (FlyKakao) during the welcoming to the workshop.

📋 Introduction: We'll share our story and the inspiration behind this workshop, along with a brief overview of the evenings plan.

🦅 We will create a sacred space by harnessing shamanic energy to acknowledging the traditional land owners, invite in spirit, our guides to providing support for both yourself and the collective group throughout the evening.

🧠 Education and Insight: We will have a brief discussion about trauma, focusing on the inner child and inner teenager, and how trauma influences our lives from childhood to adulthood and affects our relationships.

🌬️ Breathwork Journey: You will be expertly guided by Shane, a seasoned practitioner in both Shamanic and SPIRITUS Breathwork techniques. Ezra and Rich will also be present to facilitate and support your experience with gentle bodywork and energy healing.

This breathwork approach is rooted in shamanic traditions and somatic release methods. Delve deep into your subconscious with our unique breathwork style, which emphasizes safety and integration within the nervous system. Through a combination of guided bodywork and breath re-patterning, you will be able to access, process, and release stored emotions, energy, stress, tension, and unresolved trauma on a somatic level.

Shamanic Sound Healing: In the Breathwork session, allow your spirit to relax with a live Shamanic sound healing, designed intuitively and with intention. This experience includes Ezra Bose with the Didgeridoo and Flute.crystal sound bowls. There will also be Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, rain sticks, traditional medicine songs, and so much more.

🗣️ Sharing Opportunity: There will be a sharing opportunity at the end of the Breathwork event. We acknowledge this isn’t for everyone. You will have the opportunity to share what’s on your heart and mind, feeling truly heard.

📚 Take-Home Tools: You'll receive resources and exercises to support you during the workshop and help you transition into your new life. Post event follow up will be supported via email and phone call (if required).

🤝 Social Time: We’ll wrap up the evening by providing space for informal connections with like-minded individuals, where you can chat, unwind, and reflect on your workshop experience. You'll also have the chance to ask us any questions.

Who are we?

We are three men who have embarked on our own journeys to share the wisdom and knowledge gained from our lived experiences. We understand what you’re going through because we've been there and still on our own journey!

As everyday men just like you, we have each encountered our own challenges, navigated our unique paths, and embarked on personal healing journeys. We continue to evolve and grow as individuals. Aware of the difficulties life presents, we are here to offer support and guidance in a safe, judgment-free environment.

Epilepsy Ocular Issues: (detached retina/glaucoma)
Cardiovascular Disease/Irregularity Unmedicated high/low blood pressure
Osteoporosis
Aneurysms
Stroke
Blood Thinning or Anti-Clot Medication
Bipolar/Schizophrenia
Skeletal Fractures
Complex PTSD
Strong doses of anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, or mind-altering medication.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

No Shows will forfeit 100% of ticket payment.
Refunds will be made 7 days prior to event date automatically via your payment method online. 10% of the fee will be kept as a process fee.
No refunds will be given within 7days of the event start date.

Please Note: Due to the nature of this event. If you are unwell, please stay home and recover. Please also notify Shane on mobile 0425 214 288 before event start time so we are not waiting for you to arrive. No contact or no show will forfeit 100% of ticket payment.

The Hosts reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the session at any time with due reason, in the event of a practitioner(s) cancelling an event a 100% refund will be made via your payment method.
