A WOMENs ONLY Shamanic Breathwork and Somatic Healing w CACAO w Crystal Bowls, and other live instruments.

This Breath work experience is for women that prefer to be in a smaller group space to do their own inner work. Limited to 6 participants and contraindications below apply.

This style of breathwork draws from shamanic traditions and somatic release techniques. It involves conscious connected breathing to access altered states of consciousness for healing, disrupt patterns stored in our autonomic nervous system, release trauma, reset our window of tolerance, and rewire our behaviours for a brighter, clearer path into your future.

You will be safely guided by Shane, an experienced practitioner in both Shamanic and SPIRITUS Breathwork modalities.

As part of your integration, you'll immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, and native music from around the world.
