SHAMANIC BREATHWORK FULL IMMERSION DAYLONG WORKSHOP (CHRISTCHURCH)
Event description
SHAMANIC BREATHWORK
FULL IMMERSION DAYLONG WORKSHOP
Kathy
and Josh are excited to facilitate and hold space for a full day
Shamanic Breathwork ceremony. As a full day immersion, this
workshop allows more spaciousness to dive deeply into the practice
and fully experience the power of this modality. We will have two
rounds of breathwork sessions, and within each, we will break into
pairs, with one person breathing while the other holds space (called
the co-journeyer). There is deep beauty in being a co-journeyer, to
sit in complete presence to another, and often the co-journeyer
receives benefits in unexpected ways.
Bring your partner, bring a friend, or just come solo trusting you will be partnered with the right person for you that day!
About Shamanic Breathwork:
Shamanic
Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with
body and energy work and a powerful chakra attuned music journey to
guide you into states of altered consciousness & deep
transformation.
When worked in this way, your breath becomes a catalyst to move you beyond the ego into the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit. This provides you an opportunity to uncover patterns that have you stuck, receive powerful insights, release emotions and move energy.
During a breathwork session, you can experience any number of states of being from anger & grief, to utter bliss and connection to the cosmos; you can have a womb memory experience (rebirth), you might uncover childhood memories; or you may experience downloads or a deep Knowing. This is an invitation to embrace the totality of what it means to be human, express the full range of emotions that may arise and connect with your own inner wisdom and healer. The full spectrum of humanness is available and no two breathwork journeys are the same. Coming into a session with no expectations and full acceptance of all that arises is recommended to get the most out of your experience.
Upon
the closure of the Breathwork journey and your return to the physical
world, you will be invited to partake in the art integration aspect
of the ceremony. This is where you are given time to draw or express
your experience, and then share with the group if you feel called to
do so.
