This Shamanic Breathwork journey is an invitation to pause, turn inward and reconnect with what is true for you. It is an opportunity to loosen your hold on old identities, limiting beliefs and patterns that may no longer serve you-and create space for greater clarity, freedom and authenticity.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering who you have always been.

The Journey –

Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful experiential practice that uses conscious connected breathing to guide you beyond the thinking mind and into a deeper relationship with your inner world.

As the breath begins to flow, you will be gently supported into an expanded state of awareness-a space where the body, mind and spirit can be listened to more deeply.

Every journey is unique.

During your experience, you may be invited to:

· Move through stored emotions and energetic tension

· Bring awareness to subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs

· Reconnect with your inner wisdom and intuitive guidance

· Awaken creativity, clarity and a renewed sense of direction

· Experience emotional, energetic and spiritual renewal

· Create space for greater freedom, connection and self-understanding

There is no expectation to experience the journey in any way. You are encouraged to meet whatever arises with curiosity, compassion and trust in your inner process.

The Shakti Art Process –

Following the breathwork journey, you will be guided through the Shakti Art Process-a creative integration practice using intuitive art and mandala-making.

This process offers another way to explore and understand your journey, particularly when the experience may feel difficult to put into words.

Through color, shape, symbols and free expression, you can begin to give form to what arose during the breathwork.

No artistic experience or ability is needed. This is not about creating a perfect piece of art-it is about allowing your inner world to express itself without judgement or expectation.

Your mandala may help you recognize themes, emotions, insights or messages from your journey, supporting deeper reflection and integration once the breathwork has finished.

Ceremony and Support –

We will begin the day off with an energetic cleanse/clearing using smoke or feathers. If you would prefer to not to receive smoke cleansing, please let Ash know on the day.

To further support the group’s journey, Ashley will intuitively select flower essences from the following ranges:

· Australian Bush Flower Essences

· Bach Flower Essences

· FES Flower Essences

These gentle plant allies are chosen to support emotional awareness, clarity and integration throughout the experience.

What to Expect

· An energetic clearing and opening ceremony

· Time for integration, grounding and gentle reflection

· A safe, supportive and intentionally held space

Please arrive 15-20 mins before the event begins, allowing yourself time to settle comfortably into the space.

For your safety and wellbeing, a participation waiver and health screening form must be completed before taking part.

No previous Breathwork or artistic experience is necessary-only a willingness to breathe listen and meet yourself a little more deeply

What to bring

• Comfortable clothing

• Pillow, blanket, bolster, or anything you need to feel supported

• Water bottle
