Deep repair and dynamic quest to journey into the realms, into a limbic space to bring forth within you experiences with spirit to retrieve soul fragments and information. Shamanic support is a significant part of what people are moving through, which flows strong into our relationships, unresolved trauma dissociation and stresses of the physical + soul nervous systems. When combining shamanism and breathwork we work at the level of the soul, turning all seeking for answers into both the tangible and concealed worlds of shamanism, somatic, viscera, energetics and rituals to reassemble yourself for greater authenticity in life.

The Ceremony will be different each month with the every changing collective energy + healing of Gai for our transformation

   ‣ Open sacred space, intentions, practices that focus on strengthening your connection to the earth and the elements, connecting with your inner shaman

   ‣ Connecting with spirit animals, taking a journey through different worlds - rituals changing each monthly. Working with surrendering to where the sacred spirits lead us and you having a space for you + your process

❍ Shamanic Breathwork 

  ‣ 1hr Breathwork Journey - Transpersonal Breathwork + Shamanic Healing will take you on a very different journey to the conscious connected breathwork that is external catharsis releasing - this is to ride through parts of you which are hidden in all realms. Through deep space holding, working with sacred spirits, protection the energetic support is for you to work with aspects of soul retrieval, spiritual intrusions, spirit animal retrieval, reclaiming power and whatever is for you in healing ancestral woundings, grief, trauma, anger, sadness - all of which needs to include all the worlds our spirit and physical live.

I am registered with The Australian Breathwork Association for Trauma Informed Breathwork, Somatic Therapies and Shamanic Healing. Advanced Kundalini Bodywork + De-armouring with shadow work, non-dual psychology, polarity framework, tantra in supporting transforming trauma. Trained in working to clear the path to facilitate Kundalini Energy Activations from cleared trauma and support the healthy liberation of ones kundalini to rise. I am an integral healer weaving the primal forces breath, shamanism, kundalini and alchemical rituals weaving in aspects of Kundalini yoga teachings, sound and body-soul mapping + Nlp that are all woven in my events + sessions, that offers a wisdom that richly explores the nucleus of your entire ecosystem. You are well held.
