WHAT TO EXPECT?
We shall gather at 3.00pm to settle in space. After a brief explanation about the process and some grounding exercises we shall breathe until we are surprised. After our breath journey we do art work and connect with our tribe to share and integrate our experience. You will be ready to leave at 6.00pm.

WHAT TO BRING?

Please remember that it is of the utmost important that you take care of your body, respect your needs and be comfortable. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Dress in light layers. Please bring the following: a bottle of water, snacks, a yoga mat, a pillow and blanket, a blindfold, a journal, an open mind and an open heart. ABOUT PATRICIA
Patricia is a former Mental Health Nurse, Munay-ki teacher, Kundalini Dance Facilitator, Shamanic Consellour, Shamanic Breathwork® Facilitator and Shamanic Minister. Certified and Ordained through Venus Rising Association for Transformation. She identifies herself as an Aquarian Shaman. An alchemist, an agent of transformation that is very passionate about assisting people to find their inner shaman so to remember their way back to wholeness and their life’s sacred purpose.Patricia has been following her unfolding spiritual journey since the age of 12 and has deepened her understanding of herself and her spiritual path in many different practices most of them shamanic.
