Shamanic Cacao Ceremony

Join this sacred gathering for an afternoon of connection with our hearts and intuition, bridging inspiration and aligned action, gaining clarity, direction and purpose in life. Through this process we honour where we are right now on our journey, whilst integrating the lessons from the past and dreaming in the visions for what's to come. 

During this ceremony we will be supported by the ancient, heart-opening, healing and nurturing properties of Ceremonial Cacao (Mama Cacao) as we journey around the Sacred Directions within the compass of your heart (that's right - the North, East, South and West kind)! Each direction has it's own guardians and unique essence or energy to it that we will feel into as I take you on a guided meditation-style shamanic journey. This is a journey inwards - to connect with your intuition and move from the over-thinking mind to hearing the messages from your heart and soul. It's a call to surrender and trust the wisdom of your soul so that you may live a heart-led life that is in alignment with your soul's purpose, your visions, your values and your big dreams. We reflect on what has been coming up for you and squeeze the juice of these lessons, whilst also planting our seeds for the month ahead in a ceremonial way.

My intention for this ceremony is that you leave feeling a deep connection to the wisdom of your heart, the earth and the cosmic realms. that you feel inspired to take aligned action to become the person you've been dreaming of becoming and know what next steps to take to get there. Through this process I intend that you feel a newfound sense of peace with the past and a knowing that your future is so big and bright if you choose to step in to all that is available for you.

Seating is on the floor so please bring a comfy cushion to sit on (the studio also has yoga bolsters), water bottle, journal, blanket, or anything else you feel would be supportive. It is recommended to have had something to eat before the ceremony to keep your body feeling good and grounded through the transcendental process. The event will run between 1.5-2 hours, depending on where divine timing takes us!
