After being greeted with a sacred smoke cleansing and learning about the beautiful properties of Ceremonial Cacao, I will guide you through a process that nurtures your innate ability to tap into the wisdom of your intuition, your heart, body, mind and soul as the bridge between the mystical and earthly realms. Taking you to a place where you are able to truly, deeply understand the inner knowing that already lies within you. Those electric a-ha moments, that bone-deep knowing, a trust in your vision and surrendering to the 'how'. A specially curated playlist designed to activate heart-coherence will help you drop in even deeper, past the noise of the mind and into the voice of your heart. In this journey we enter the portals of the sacred directions to plant seeds of intention, let go of the past, witness your magical nature and remember the incredible power that lies within us to create our reality.

This will be the last ceremony of the year! The theme is still in the process of dropping in for me - it always becomes clearer closer to the day. But you can bet it will include some reflection and celebration of the year that has been, and seeding our intentions for the remainder of this calendar year.

- A comfortable cushion or beach chair to sit on (or you can make use of the bolsters and blankets at the yoga studio)

- A bottle of water

- Something in your belly (best not to have Cacao on an empty stomach)
