Join me for an experience like no other. Let me gently guide you into the space of your sacral chakra, or womb to go on a journey with your ancestors and spirit guides to aid in releasing stuck, trapped emotions that live within this space. We encourage all men and woman to show up for this immersion. Unworthiness is a huge emotion trapped here in this space and to some level, WE all have some issues of unworthiness, which is so uncalled for as we are all such amazing beings with so much love to give and gifts to share with the world!

Dense energy or trauma occurs and lives within all of us. We all have a unique story, which has led us to where we are today. I will guide and support you to access events in your life that have caused you pain and trauma, that are no longer serving you and need to be released. What does this even mean?

We have events in our life that we will always remember, however, once we have faced the trauma and released the shock out of our bodies, we no longer have that same trigger or have to keep re-learning the same lessons.

I have a very unique way of healing, daily, I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that I am able to call upon many different modalities to support you in the most gentle, kind and safest way for YOU. This means, whatever is coming up for you will be an inner-knowing between you and I, but never has to be shared within a group unless you are feeling called to share.

I am so lucky to be able to call upon the spiritual realm to help bring through messages from loved ones, spirit guides and your higher self to connect and discuss what events, and at what ages they occurred to you, so your higher self really is in charge of what needs to be worked on or released. I am able to by-pass the ego, which may want to hold onto trauma for mo other reason than it is its’ comfortable and familiar place. “When nothing changes, nothing changes”.

When you sign up for this immersion, do not be surprised if you start feeling nervous and you may have wee thoughts drift in and out of the ego giving you every excuse not to come. Be certain, this is normal, and occurs regularly with my clients before I see them. This is the ego’s way of maintaining control and keeping you at a lower vibration. I have seen it hundreds of times, and fellow healers will be well aware of this too.

During this workshop I will use Shamanic practices such as drumming, chanting, light language and energy work to help facilitate your healing experience all within a powerful guided meditation, channeled by myself.

On occasions I will call upon my super talented musical friends to channel a live sound journey alongside the guided journey.
