Come and join our winter circle as we settle in for an afternoon of shamanic journey meditation.
Over three leisurely hours, you'll be guided into your personal sacred space to centre yourself in the heart, connect with Mother Earth, and gain insight from your personal spirit guides.
Based on sacred esoteric traditions, this workshop is ideal for those working on shifting old patterns, welcoming change, or just building more resilience to support you in these fascinating times.
Supported by the sounds of medicine drums, the circle provides a relaxing and healing environment.
When we pray it's our chance to talk to Spirit.

Your human guides
Simone held the Surry Hills drum circle for over a decade, plus another few years online.
Gus can be found playing guitar at Amy Sadgrove's monthly yoga souls sessions at The Cottage.
Logistics
- This is a meditation circle for connecting to the spirit world (it is not a drumming workshop).
- We will be seated in chairs (you don't have to sit on the floor).
- Tea and hot water will be provided.
- It's all very relaxed so wear your super comfy clothing.
