Throughout the day we will use experiential practices, poetry, ritual, song, yoga and silence to guide our journey through the four stages of the spiral of the Work That Reconnects. These four stages support one another and help us experience first hand that we are larger, stronger, deeper, and more creative than we have been brought up to believe. Drawing on the work of Joanna Macy, John Seed and Arne Naess this workshop will empower you to act on behalf of Earth with clarity, love and direction.
Everybody is welcome. No previous experience necessary.

Supporting one another as sisters and opening our hearts and minds to the love and the grief we feel for our world, we empower ourselves to act on behalf of Earth.
Shambhala Sisters nourish 21st century women in our journeys of living consciously, empowered and regeneratively in the time of the Great Turning. As Shambhala Sisters we practice two-fold to take part in the healing of our world: Growing our capacity for connection and compassion with all living Beings we share this planet-time with (including my Self), and sharpening our insight and clarity about where to put our energy for creating positive change.Inna facilitates Shambhala Sisters with a deep love for weaving women of all ages and walks of life together, growing support and mutual empowerment.
