Shane Ó Fearghail - Irish Singer Songwriter [FREE ENTRY]

Shane Ó Fearghail is an Irish singer-songwriter based in Vienna, Austria (no Kangaroo’s). A storyteller at heart, and comedian at times, Shane relishes playing live. It is community... or “common unity”, as he tells it. Stories too are important, and Ireland has always been a big part Shane’s own story. When talking to him, you get the feeling that Ireland is never too far away. 

No stranger to Australia, Shane is currently traveling to promote his new record ‘Lessons in Light’. Shane Ó Fearghail (pronounced O Fa-reel), is an Irish Singer-songwriter based in Austria. From Dublin, his musical style has been called Irish Indie Folk. In the past he has been likened to REM, Crowded House, Rufus Wainright III, Glen Hansard and Ron Sexsmith. He takes that as a big compliment.
