About this event
Join us for a relaxed and interactive community conversation about Shaping Lifelong Health.
The Shaping Lifelong Health Challenge is about creating opportunities for people to stay active, connected and well at every stage of life.
We’ll explore three themes together:
Healthy Bodies – moving well, eating well, and oral health
Healthy Minds – brain health, dementia prevention, and digital inclusion
Healthy Participation – age-friendly places and opportunities for contribution
This is an open invitation. Whether you’re a community member, carer, volunteer, service provider, health professional, researcher, or simply curious, your perspective is welcome.
What to expect
Small group conversations where everyone has a chance to share their ideas and listen to others
