ResourceSmart Schools is an award-winning Victorian Government program that assists schools to embed sustainability in everything they do. The SZWS workshop will aid schools to identify opportunities to minimise waste and reduce school landfill costs.

Meet and work with like-minded individuals
Create a structure to achieve sustainability in your school
Get access to an RSS facilitator every week and to sustainability knowledge

Workshop content:

Setting Goals to Reduce your Schools Waste
Completing a Waste Audit for your School
Developing a Waste Reduction Plan
Engaging students in learning and taking action to be waste wise
Engaging the School and Wider Community in Reducing Waste

CRT support is available to the first 20 schools to register*

Schools registered with RSS in the Gippsland, Grampians, Hume and Loddon Mallee in Victoria may be eligible to receive one half day of CRT funding, per financial year to attend RSS Professional Development workshops.

Please note this event will take place on Microsoft teams.

This event is designed specifically for regionally located schools and teachers across Gippsland, Grampians, Hume and Loddon Mallee in Victoria.
