Share the Spark's Fundraising Dinner supporting free Youth Mentoring

Join us Friday, May 17th for an evening of delicious cuisine and charitable giving at the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club in Newport as we raise funds to support free long-term mentoring for Northern Braches youth.

Our fundraising dinner will feature a tantalizing 3-course menu, a raffle, dancing, and the opportunity to bid on exciting silent auction items, all while making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. 

Your support will directly impact young people in our community, giving them the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Come dine with purpose and make a lasting impact on the future of youth in the Northern Beaches.

Menu includes canapes on arrival and an alternate drop main and dessert:

Canapés

• Caramelised Onion and Fetta Tarts 
• Moroccan lamb meatballs with yoghurt dressing
• Swimmer crab salad, jamon, and spiced tomato jam on a mini milk bun

Mains

• Herbed crusted chicken supreme w/ caramelised butternut pumpkin, roast artichoke, cherry tomato, and jus
• Cone bay barramundi w/ asparagus, preserved lemon and fennel risotto

Desserts

• Chocolate fondant w/ raspberry gel, sable dust, vanilla bean ice cream
• Apricot frangipani tart w/ pistachio ice cream, orange cream, pistachio pashmak
