🌿 THE SPRING RESET — A MINI RETREAT 🌿

This spring come and give yourself a full morning, not a rushed hour, not a quick class, but real, unhurried time to reset your mind, body and energy before the new season picks up pace.

Hosted at a private residence in Ocean Reef, this is an intimate mini retreat for a small group of women who want to slow down, move, breathe and reconnect to yourself and likeminded women.

Inclusions:

☕ Arrive slowly with homemade chai, time to settle and be present
🌬️ Breathwork, meditation and intention setting, guided by Soul Harmony Healing
🧘 Spring-inspired yoga with Claudia, to wake the body and move stagnant energy
✍️ Journaling on what you're ready to release, and what you want to welcome in
🔔 A guided meditation held by the sound of crystal bowls
🌼 A chilled Cleanse+ superfood smoothie with aloe, spirulina and greens
🍽️ A nourishing brunch (gluten-free & dairy-free) — individual grazing boxes, coconut yoghurt chia pudding, seasonal fruit and a zucchini and cheese muffin
🤍 Time to simply connect with the women around you

This isn't a detox. It isn't about restriction, or adding more pressure to your plate. It's a gentle spring clean for your nervous system, made from movement, breath, good food and honest reflection.

You don't need any yoga, breathwork or meditation experience. Just come as you are.
