Southern Metro Region Sector Development Team

The Southern Metropolitan Region Sector Development Team :

Supports Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) service providers through reforms to the CHSP, in preparation for a new in-home aged care system,
Provides advice and practical assistance to CHSP service providers to embed Wellness and Reablement and Diversity approaches and practices within their service delivery.
