Shared Picnic

Our End of Year event is for TimeBank members, their friends and families and anyone who would like to join us! It is a shared picnic tea & games in the Ashburton Domain.

We'll meet on the grassy area near the big playground & BBQs. 

Please bring something ready to eat - to share for our picnic tea. And don't forget to bring something to serve it with (e.g. spoons if you bring salad). You'll also need to bring plus your own plates, cutlery, water bottle, cup etc. and perhaps a picnic chair or blanket.

We'll start at 5pm with the shared kai then outdoor games will be available for those interested in playing... or just stay and chat. Kids will enjoy playing on the playground near us. 

Please register so we know how many are coming (we need numbers because we will supply ice creams for dessert!). We can also contact those registered in the event of a cancellation, e.g. due to bad weather.
