Shared Table is an intimate dining series hosted by Tony Stewart, bringing together New Zealand's best chefs, Fair Food's community and surplus ingredients to create an unforgettable dining experience.

Join us with guest chef Federico Schincariol & Michael Dearth from Baduzzi for for a Seedlip cocktail and canapés on arrival plus a 4 course meal with paired beverages. Hosted at Fair Food, we will be opening the doors for 24 guests to be a part of this open-kitchen experience.

About Federico Schincariol & Michael Dearth

Federico Schincariol is the head chef of Baduzzi, where he brings refined technique and passion for Italian-inspired cuisine to the heart of Auckland’s dining scene. With a strong foundation in classical training and a flair for creative interpretation, Federico crafts menus that highlight exceptional produce and celebrate the flavours of Italy with a New Zealand perspective.

Co-hosting the evening is Michael Dearth, a leading New Zealand restaurateur recognised for his produce-driven, sustainable approach to hospitality. He is the founder of award-winning restaurants including Baduzzi and The Grove (now closed). Known for championing local growers and ethical sourcing, Michael has long been an advocate for regenerative agriculture and climate-conscious dining.
