Shared Table with Henry Onesemo, Tala

Shared Table is an intimate dining series hosted by Tony Stewart, bringing together New Zealand's best chefs, Fair Food's community and surplus ingredients to create an unforgettable dining experience.

Join us with guest chef Henry Onesemo for canapés and a 4 course meal with beverage pairing. Hosted at Fair Food, we will be opening the doors for 20 guests to be a part of this open-kitchen experience.

About Henry Onesemo

Henry Onesemo is an Auckland-based chef whose cooking is deeply influenced by his Pacific roots and connection to Samoa. As co-owner and executive chef of Tala, he blends traditional village flavours with refined, modern technique. Under his leadership, Tala has rapidly gained national and international recognition, earning three Hats in the 2025 Cuisine Good Food Guide, being crowned Supreme Winner in the Viva Top 50 Restaurants 2025, and marking a milestone as Henry became the first Samoan chef to receive a “knife” at the Best Chef Awards in Milan. Through his cuisine, Henry tells stories of culture, place and heritage, championing Pacific excellence on Aotearoa’s dining stage.
