Whether you're an existing Culture Practitioner or someone interested in becoming a more effective cultural leader, we have two new tools to add to your toolbox. After this session, you'll have an understanding of how to apply them to your current work with clients.

Charametric Archetypes (First 30m)

Of the thousands of people we've polled about what is more important - character or competency - 99% of respondents have all answered that character is more important when assessing someone's suitability for a role.

How many tools do we have to assess character effectively against a role or culture fit?

Expanding on the in-depth analysis of an individual's character strengths, we have mapped each of the 12 major character strength groups to an equivalent archetypal personality.

What we have found is that the wisdom of these personalities are much more accessible to clients than the qualities in the abstract, and allow for deeper and more nuanced conversations about how our strengths are showing up and where some of our blindspots might be.

We've taken this amazing tool and used the same technology to understand the traits that one might seek for a role in a recruitment process, and match these profiles together.

Join us as we show you how to apply this new coaching framework to the charametrics technology.

(Optional) purchase a paid ticket to receive your personal charametrics character strengths profile and optional personal unpack session.

Emotional Pulse (Second 30m)

How do you check in with teams when they're checking out?

What did google, one of the most innovative and successful companies in the world, identify as the single most important factor to team success?

Psychological safety.

In our mission to improve mental health, wellbeing and performance in teams using science, training and technology, we have been focussing on psychological safety as one of the core indicators of performance and innovation - a finding backed up by google in their own research.

But how does one promote psychological safety, let alone embed the habits and routines in a team culture that make it strong and sustainable? Enter Emotional Pulse, our latest app that allows for group check-ins, trend analysis and targeted support where it is needed.

Emotional Pulse is the only tool in its class that allows for group awareness of emotions and support to build over time.

We'll show you how to apply Emotional Pulse to:

Build self-awareness
Build group awareness & empathy for others
Build cultures of resilience + psychological safety
Access trusted support for those in distress
Access trends and forecasts to identify behavioural interventions
