Walter lives in Birmingham, AL. with his three kids and wife where he is the Vice President of FireSeeds recruiting firm. Throughout his career, God has used him to minister to youth, raise millions of dollars for Christian nonprofits, lead a family, be an elder at his church, and come alongside businesses as they seek to build multiplying movements of multiplying leaders.
