As many of you will be aware, the job market is extremely challenging in Wellington at the moment and any job openings that do come up are highly competitive. It’s more important than ever to be well prepared for when an interview opportunity does arise. Being able to interview well puts you in a strong position to land the job and is often a place people fall short for different reasons. On the night, we'll be covering the following elements of interviewing, alongside a more general discussion about how people are navigating the current landscape:
- Responding to behavioural questions
- Navigating virtual interviews
- Mindset
- What proper preparation looks like
The session will be highly interactive with plenty of group discussion. It is intended for those of you who want to make meaningful improvements when it comes to interviewing and are open to feedback to help improve.
