Enjoy free live music played by a variety of talented performers with Sonic Sundays. Presented each Sunday by Naughty Noodle Fun Haus at the FunHaus Factory in Gosford.
Now a Central Coast local, one of Australia’s most highly rated singers, Shauna Jensen, brings her best soul, funk and old skool R&B tunes to Naughty Noodle Fun Haus.
Working for the majority of her early career as a backing vocalist, studio singer, and vocal coach. She has worked with Jimmy Barnes, Cold Chisel, Noiseworks, Doug Parkinson, Richard Clapton, Hugh Jackman and Powderfinger to name just a few of the many she has recorded with and toured both nationally and Internationally.
Featuring Central Coast local Luke Herbert on drums from Murray Cook’s Soul Movers, James Southwell, and many more. When this guy lays down the groove it stays there!
Tate Sheridan:
Award winning singer/songwriter Tate has always been a name to watch. As a prodigious jazz pianist he became the youngest person to be nominated for the Freedman Jazz Fellowship. In recent years Tate has explored a different sound. His vintage approach to songwriting has gained the attention of legendary Australian musicians like INXS’ Andrew Farris and even global music icon Sir Elton John. Elton personally invited him to be the only support act on his international Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour. Tate has just recorded a debut LP capturing the beautiful rustic tones of the old Americana. He is playing with a maturity well beyond his years.
Luke Herbert:
Luke is an internationally acclaimed drummer and percussionist. Herbert was based in Nashville TN for many years as a session drummer and now calls Gosford home.
He has worked with some of the music industry’s elites, including Gillian Welch, Al Perkins (Flying Burritos Bros), Spooner Oldham (Aretha Franklin, Percy Sledge), Michael McDonald, Craig Krampf (Alice Cooper, Kim Carnes), Niko Bolas (Engineer/Producer for Neil Young, Fiona Apple), Scarlett Revira (violin: Bob Dylan, Dixie Chicks) and with his band and old friends, The Deep Vibration (famously named by Rock ‘n’ Roll pioneer Lou Reed.
Herbert has also worked on multiple projects with musicians and producers in Los Angeles. These include Don Peake (Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles, Everly Brothers), Scarlett Revira (violin: Bob Dylan, Dixie Chicks).
Luke has toured the U.S from West to East Coast, opening West Coast dates for artists such as Sheryl Crow.
In Australia, Herbert is a session musician playing with an array of artists. From Australian Rock legends such as Brian Cadd to Stevie Wright of the Easybeats. 2020 saw him working with some of the countries best artists at the tamworth country music festival including, Paul Kelly, Kasey and Bill Chambers, Lucky Oceans, Kevin Bennet and the Flood, to name a few. Luke also likes working with a lot of up and coming talent too, such as indie artists such as Leroy Lee, Melanie Horsnell, Simon Bruce, William Crighton and Fanny Lumsden.

This is an all ages event (Under 18s to be accompanied by an adult) in a fully accessible venue.
