Shaz' cooking demonstration for Mental Health Month is all about creating an inclusive, supportive space where cooking builds confidence, supports well-being and brings people together. Using Shaz' Easy Recipes (Inclusive Cookbook) we will be making cheeseburgers together, sharing lunch and getting to know each other!

This activity is free to attend, but registrations are essential. There are limited spots available.

This activity is part of 'Feel Good October', a festival of local activities for Mental Health Month 2025, brought to you by the Kind to the Mind project. This project is supported by the Minor Works Program.
