What is the Learn to Gym Program?
Learn to Gym is an 8-week program designed to help women feel confident and empowered in the gym. You’ll get 2 x 1-hour coached sessions per week, guided by Exercise Physiology students under the supervision of a qualified Exercise Physiologist.
Each participant is paired with someone of similar experience and goals, and supported through a personalised gym program. We keep the coaching ratio at 2:1 so you’ll get heaps of direct support and feedback.
Perfect for beginner to intermediate levels, this program teaches you how to use gym equipment safely and master the basics of strength training. If you have completed LTG before, or have a more advanced understanding of the gym, the Return to Gym program is perfect for you! Find out more here.

🟣 Mon & Wed Crew

⚠️ You must be able to commit to both weekly sessions in your chosen stream (e.g., Mon & Wed or Tues & Thurs).
