Learn to Gym is an 8-week program designed to help female and non-binary students feel confident, capable, and comfortable in the gym environment. With two coached sessions per week, you'll be guided by Exercise Physiologist students under the supervision of a qualified Exercise Physiologist.

You'll be paired with someone of similar experience and goals, and supported through a personalised gym program. We keep the coaching ratio at 2:1 so you'll get heaps of direct support and feedback.

Perfect for beginner to intermediate levels, this program teaches you how to use gym equipment safely and master the basics of strength training. If you have completed LTG before, or have a greater understanding of the gym, the Return to Gym program is perfect for you!

⚠️ You must be able to commit to both weekly sessions in your chosen stream (e.g., Mon & Wed or Tues & Thurs).
