Let's go Paddleboarding!

SheCan is collaborating with She SUPs to bring you a fun morning of exploring Manly's calm harbour-side bays by paddleboard!

We'll start by taking a short 25 minute coastal walk to reach a beautiful bay where we will learn how to SUP (Stand-up paddleboard). With the help of an expert instructor, you'll be learning how to stand, turn, stop, and paddle from A to B!! Unlock new skills and have some water fun in beautiful Manly!

We paddle in the harbour-side bays of Manly (so no waves/surf) however everyone who attends must be able to swim. In the interest of safety, if you're not able to swim, you won't be allowed to participate.

MORNING TIMINGS:

Group 1:

07:30 Meet at Manly Wharf

08:00 - 08:30 25 minute Coastal Walk to SUP destination

08:30 - 09:30 1 hour SUP Experience

Finish/depart at 9.45am.

Group 2: MAX 8 participants

09:30 - 10:30 1 hour SUP Experience
