Our goal is to increase the diversity in the tech community, spark collaboration, creativity, and expand networks.
We offer beginner level HTML & CSS, and Django & Python workshops, in a self-paced environment, mentored by industry professionals. PLUS we offer lunch, cupcakes and a quick dance break in the afternoon. No experience is necessary - just a laptop, a sense of adventure and a willingness to learn.

Nothing, It's free! You just need to be excited! We even provide food - maybe there is such thing as a free lunch.
Who is this aimed at?
Women of any age with basic knowledge of working with a computer. We've had people of ages 5-80 take part.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No - this is a workshop designed for beginners. There will be mentors on hand across the weekend to help out with any questions you have.
Do I need to bring my own computer?
Yes, you do, we don't have laptops to spare, unfortunately.
I know how to program - can I help?
Yippee! We're also looking for people to be mentors, so if you would like to offer your time and skills, we would love to have you. Please select a mentor ticket, or contact us to get involved.
Is it safe to come back in person?
We hold your safety as the utmost importance, which is why we have these safety precautions in place. Everyone will have to sign in and declare they have not been away/in contact with someone that has, we will be temperature checking everyone that enters our space, hand sanitiser available on every desk, as well as 2-hour reminders to wash your hands :)
