Health psychologist Laura McAlpine will lead an interactive wellbeing workshop with practical, evidence-based tools for looking after yourself through the holidays and into the new year. Whether you’re feeling stretched, reflective, or just ready to celebrate, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and connected.
Enjoy festive snacks, good conversation and the chance to meet women from across the community, all while supporting a cause close to home.
