Our She Means Business workshop has been thoughtfully crafted to give you the tools and guidance to get clarity and market with confidence. You’ll start the year with a fresh perspective on the marketing tools available, get clarity on your target audience, create a plan of action, and soak up extra inspiration from our guest speakers. PLUS you'll experience the goodness that flows from group discussions and idea sharing.

We’ve designed these two days as a dynamic duo but we know that some people may already have their marketing plan sorted, or just want to focus on social media and newsletters. This is why our daily sessions also work well as individual days. But we think you’ll want to come on both days because the content we've put together is golden.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

Day One. Let's get you into the right mindset and then nail your marketing plan.
Mindset is everything and starting the new year with a fresh perspective is key. We’ll begin by delving into the things that hold us back from marketing and how to overcome them. This presentation by our very own Mel and the talented Tabitha from Tabitha Arthur Photography will open your eyes to why marketing your business, showing up and telling people what you offer is so important.

We'll then turn our focus to nailing your marketing plan with Mel as your guide. She’ll cast new light on the marketing toolbox and guide you on identifying your target audience, goal setting, and how to write your marketing plan. You’ll finish the day with a 12-month marketing plan that is ready to put into action. There’s no homework – we do everything on the day.

Day Two. Your guide to using social media and newsletters to promote your business.

The second day is all about putting your marketing plan into action and deepening your knowledge. We’ll start the morning with a presentation by Esther Chua from Thinkspace Design on brand values and the role they play in your marketing. Believe us – you won’t want to miss this talk, it’s truly insightful!

We’ll then put your learnings about brand values into practice with content planning – specifically for social media and enewsletters. Two key marketing tools that can make a huge difference to how you engage with your clients and drive sales. Mel will run this section of the workshop and it’s your opportunity to ask questions, float ideas and make a practical content plan.
