Through meditative practices, Tantric Hatha Yoga, art, and the Ahm Devi ritual, you will journey inward—unveiling your inner goddess, embracing your true self, and opening your heart to profound transformation.

Born from a serendipitous meeting on a winter evening, this retreat is a labor of love—rooted in ancient wisdom, woven with the essence of Italy and Aotearoa New Zealand, and designed to honor the radiant feminine within you.
Aryia S. Curti is a womb therapist, psychosomatic therapist, and Traditional Yoga teacher with a background in spiritual healing and psychology. She is also the founder of My Teachers Wellbeing Project and Corporate Wellbeing, services dedicated to enhancing wellness in the workplace and supporting women and children.
Initiated into the healing arts at 15 through reiki and yoga, she has spent over two decades studying and practicing various modalities to support self-healing, self-care, and self-connection. Her approach integrates Eastern wisdom with Western psychological techniques, allowing her to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Aryia has undergone extensive training in yoga, completing over 800 hours of teacher training in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Tantric Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, and Laughing Yoga. She is deeply influenced by the indigenous healing traditions of the Mayan culture and has studied trance therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to deepen her psychosomatic work.
Her teachings of yoga are rooted in traditional philosophy, emphasizing mantra, asana, bandha, pranayama, dharana, and kriya meditation to restore balance and enhance vitality. With a holistic and intuitive approach, Aryia supports individuals toward empowerment, self-healing, and a profound connection with themselves. These practices are an integrated part of her life, supporting not only physical health but also mental and spiritual well-being.

Dinny is an Italian Yoga and Meditation facilitator and co-founder of Art Yoga.
She deepened her understanding in the native art world and achieved Kāwai Raupapa Certificate in Māori and Indigenous Art. Also, she gained a Health and Wellbeing Certificate as well as Manaaki Tāngata Certificate in Bicultural Social Services in order to contribute to life in support of our community.
She co-founded Art Yoga in Aotearoa New Zealand which is a holistic wellbeing project based on the freedom of artistic expression combined with meditation practice to connect body, mind, and soul in a creative way with the purpose of supporting self-discovery for personal clarity and authenticity.

Valentina V. is a Tantra Yoga teacher, workshop facilitator, and tantra massage therapist with training across Europe, India, and the USA. Initiated into the Kaula lineage at one of the last traditional Tantra schools in India, she blends pranayama, asana, bandhas, meditation, and somatic practices to awaken subtle energies and restore harmony.
Valentina deepened her Tantra studies at SammaKaruna with renowned teachers and earned her Tantra Teacher certification. Her expertise in Tantra massage comes from studying under Ermelina Hodaj, a pupil of Azima, who spent 12 years with the mystic Osho.
Rooted in Hindu Tantra, Valentina’s work combines mindfulness, ritual, and energy cultivation, guiding individuals toward self-discovery, healing, and authentic connection.
