What to expect

Join us for an embodiment journey exploring feminine archetypes and ritual!

Our daily life made up of busy to-do lists, screens and being in our heads can lead to stress, tightness and being disconnected from the messages of our body.

Feminine embodiment is about reversing the energy flow from being stuck in our heads to feeling and connecting with the body and its innate wisdom.

These four sessions offer an in-depth engagement with the body, supporting emotional wellness, and take-home experiences for living as a sensually embodied woman in today’s world.

Each session will be an exploration through self-directed movement (Non-Linear Movement), with moments of self-reflection, paired sharing, and will conclude with a mindful ritual, followed by an invitation to share your experience and insights with the circle.

We will establish the foundations of practice, doing the groundwork in the first two sessions, to then connect with our authentic expressions of five feminine archetypes, in the following two session, rather than performing their stereotypes.

· First session: coming back to the body – foundational practice of embodied connection and awareness.

· Second session: let it go and relax – guided relaxation and non-habitual movement.

· Third session: expanding the repertoire – journey of authentic self-expression of four feminine flavours (from the more carefree to the compassionate one, through the empowered and the more action-oriented ones).

· Fourth session: pleasure is our birthright – accessing aliveness and the unique authentic self-expression of She Who Seduces.

Testimonial

I've attended numerous Cristina Carnevali's workshops - her yoga sessions, embodied movement and dancing experiences, mindful nature walks and Women's Circles workshops, at festivals, retreats and even via zoom online.
Cristina introduces various experiential exercises that encourage participants to really get into their bodies, their senses, their breathing and mindful awareness and experience something different in their own way.
Group sharing at the end is always interesting to hear how other people experienced it. Cristina's sessions are an invitation for embodiment and exploration.
I highly recommend them to anyone interested in extending out of one's comfort zone and interested in personal growth.
