She Who Remembers
Event description
She Who Remembers
A soulful, full-day women’s immersion held in the heart of Adelaide CBD—created for the woman ready to come home to herself.
This isn’t just a wellness day—it’s a sacred gathering where five powerful women come together to share their unique modalities, gifts, and feminine medicine in one transformative experience.
✨ Georgie Thomas – Georgie will guide you into understanding the power of your subconscious mind, introducing the Iceberg Method to help you see how much lies beneath the surface.
You’ll explore how your beliefs are formed, the role of negative emotions, and how to begin shifting your internal dialogue.
Georgie will also support you in connecting with your higher self, your inner guide. so you can move through life with deeper clarity and alignment.
For those ready to dive deeper into subconscious rewriting and emotional release, Georgie will share how to work further with her through her Rewrite You course.
✨ Jasmine Hornby – Yin Yoga Yin & Meditation (75 minutes) This gentle and restorative session will include grounding breathwork, deep yin shapes, and a closing guided meditation.
✨ Melissa Quiney – Breathwork Intention
This breathwork journey is an invitation to return home to your body—to soften the edges, to feel what’s been waiting beneath the surface, and to reconnect with the wisdom you’ve always carried.
Melissa holds this space with deep care, presence, and embodied safety. Supported by Kayla Morgan, the breathwork will guide you through gentle activation and emotional release, helping you move stagnant energy, regulate your nervous system, and access deeper parts of yourself that are often hidden in the noise of daily life.
The intention is not to push or force, but to remember—through the breath—that you are safe to feel, safe to release, and safe to reclaim the parts of you that have been silenced.
This is a sacred pause to breathe for the woman you were, the one you’re becoming, and the truth of who you already are.
✨ Bailey Womack – Step into stillness and surrender as Bailey guides you through a deeply restorative 45-minute sound bath—an experience designed to soothe your nervous system and anchor everything you’ve moved through during the day.
Using crystal singing bowls and intuitive sound healing, Bailey creates a vibrational field that allows your body to rest, your energy to realign, and your spirit to integrate. As the frequencies wash over you, layers of tension melt away and space opens within for clarity, calm, and deep inner knowing.
This is not just rest—it’s recalibration.
