Under the energy of the Gemini New Moon, we gather in sacred sisterhood to soften, release, and realign. 

This is a space for women to reconnect with their authentic, unapologetic selves – through stillness, movement, and meaningful ritual.

Let this be your reminder: you don’t need to be more. You only need to come home to yourself.

🌬 Heart-Centred Intention Setting & Breathwork
Arrive in stillness and drop into your body through gentle breathwork. Set a personal intention as you begin the journey of returning to your authentic self.

🌹 Sacred Rose Tea Ceremony
Sip slowly and intentionally to open the heart, soften your inner landscape, and honour your self-love journey.

💃 Sensual, Embodied Tantra-Inspired Movement Flow
Awaken your feminine energy through slow, intuitive movement that reconnects you to your body’s natural rhythm and wisdom.

🤍 Heart-to-Heart Tantra Practice
A guided partner or group practice to connect through presence, breath, and energy – awakening the heart space and deepening authentic connection.

🌀 Sharing Circle
Be seen, heard, and held in a safe and sacred space. A moment to speak your truth and witness the reflections of others in soulful sisterhood.

🪞 Mirror Work with Shadow Self-Love
Gaze into your own eyes and meet the parts of yourself you’ve hidden. This shadow self-love ritual invites deep acceptance and healing of the unseen.

🔔 Crystal Bowl Sound Healing
Allow the frequencies of crystal bowls to open your heart and harmonise your energy, guiding you into deep rest and integration.

🍇 Light Refreshments to Close
Gather to share nourishing bites, tea, and gentle connection as we complete the evening in warmth and community.

This morning is about gently returning – letting go of what no longer fits and aligning back to your essence. The rose reminds us: we can be soft and strong, wild and worthy.
