Shed & Bloom was created from two women on their own journeys of returning to themselves.

Through our own experiences, we’ve discovered the power of stepping away from the noise of everyday life, coming back into the body, and creating space for what we’ve been carrying.

Although our practices are different, our intention is shared, to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and feel supported through change.

Shed & Bloom represents just that: shedding what feels heavy or ready to be let go, and creating space for what is ready to grow.

A space to return to you.

What to expect:

Ceremonial Cacao
We’ll begin by slowing down, connecting as a group and setting an intention for the journey ahead, accompanied by ceremonial cacao.

Conscious Connected Breathwork
Bailey will then guide you through a conscious connected breathwork journey. This is a deeper, active style of breathwork where the breath is intentionally connected in a continuous rhythm.

Unlike gentle relaxation breathing, this practice can feel physically and emotionally powerful. You may experience changes in physical sensation, emotion, energy or awareness, and for some people this can include crying, shaking, tingling or memories and emotions coming to the surface.

There is no expectation to have a particular experience or to push beyond what feels right for you. You’ll be guided throughout and encouraged to listen to your body, slow down or stop whenever you need.

Sound Journey + Integration
Following the breathwork, we’ll transition into a grounding sound journey, allowing time to rest, settle and integrate your experience before gently closing the space together.

Come exactly as you are.
You don’t need any previous experience with breathwork, cacao, sound, or spiritual practices to join us. Shed & Bloom is a welcoming space for everyone. There is nothing you need to know, believe, achieve or be before you arrive.

All of you is welcome here.
