Festivus - Community End of Year Bash

All welcome! Celebrate food, culture and community at our 2025 End-of-Year Party at the Food Connect Shed.

We’re wrapping up the year the way we love best: with good people, great music, and plenty of colour and flavour.

This year’s lineup bring some serious energy: live music from our resident River City Steel Band, and a show from the always-a-good-time cabaret act The Menoclaws later in the evening.

You’ll find food trucks ready to feed you dinner and dessert, plus a few old Food Connect traditions making a comeback (start stretching for those legendary box relays). The Shed Bar will be slinging refreshments, and Blind Boy Brewing's on-site taproom will be open until 7pm.

Entry is free, just RSVP so we can plan well, and you’ll go in the draw to win a lucky door prize pack filled with goodies from local businesses. Keep it all for yourself, or turn it into a ready-made Christmas gift hamper.

We can’t wait to come together, celebrate the year that’s been, and share what’s ahead for the Shed.
