WE will be doing a 45-minute PILATES class as part of the workshop…I know you will be freaking at the sound of that, BUT this is what the day is about, stepping out of your comfort zone and overcoming fear.

The first time I signed up, I was petrified, but I pushed through & now love it…I am the least flexible in the room every week, BUT I show up & enjoy because YOLO!

The day is about you.
