Have you been carrying mental clutter, outdated habits, or emotional baggage that no longer belongs to you?

Join Celine Redfield from Two Wings Balanced Healing and Inner Growth Therapy for a transformative evening designed to consciously compost the old and claim your next energetic upgrade. This experience is a sacred sanctuary built for intentional release, deep nervous system recalibration, and profound cellular renewal. Together, we will step out of the everyday hustle, unhook from outdated mental narratives, and step fully into our collective and personal power.

🌌 The Astrological Blueprint

This event is intentionally anchored by a rare, generational planetary alignment: the exact Uranus (in Gemini) trine Pluto (in Aquarius). In astrology, a trine between these two outer powerhouses acts like a massive wave of cosmic electricity, specifically engineered for radical breakthroughs, innovative thinking, and deep structural shifts. Supported by an optimistic Sagittarius Sun and a heart-opening Venus-Jupiter sextile, the universe is providing the ultimate supportive landscape to dismantle old, rigid limitations and replace them with fresh, liberated vision.

Who is this for:

Absolutely everyone is welcome. You do not need any prior experience with meditation, chanting, astrology, or sound healing to participate. This space is beautifully suited for you if:

You feel burnt out or overstimulated from the holiday weekend and need a dedicated space to unplug, rest, and refill your cup.
You are navigating a season of personal transition and want to let go of toxic routines, self-doubt, or old emotional armor.
You struggle to quiet your mind through traditional, silent meditation and want an effortless way to relax.
You are curious about the healing power of sound, community connection, and the medicine of your own voice.

✨ What This Journey Will Help With

Deep Nervous System Reset: The rich acoustic frequencies gently lower your brain waves into alpha and theta states, reducing cortisol (stress hormones) and melting away physical tension.
Releasing Emotional Density: The combination of an intentional botanical tea ritual and vocal toning helps you actively process, express, and clear out stuck, heavy energy from your body.
Boosting Mental Clarity: The deliberate sound structures act like a vacuum for a crowded mind, breaking up persistent loops of overthinking to allow fresh, creative insights to land.
Heart-Centered Connection: You will leave feeling deeply grounded in your own body, realigned in your boundaries, and safely uplifted by a warm community space.

🌌 The 4-Phase Journey Flow

1. Grounding Tea Ritual & Intention Setting
We begin our evening by settling into the peaceful sanctuary at Awakenings with a warm, specially curated botanical tea blend. As you sip, you will be guided through a gentle reflection to identify the specific mental frameworks or past weights you are ready to leave behind, setting a clear, conscious intention for your evening.

2. Collective Vocal Chanting & Expression
Next, we gently wake up the throat chakra and clear the nervous system through unified group vocal toning. Using simple, non-intimidating vowel sounds, we will harness the airy, collective energy of the Uranus-Pluto trine to vibrate accumulated stress, tension, and "unspoken" boundaries out of the body.

3. Cosmic Sound Bath & Integration
Once the physical and energetic armor is cleared, you will lie down, get completely comfortable, and surrender to a massive, high-frequency acoustic wash. You will be bathed in the pure, resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, therapeutic cosmic gongs, and airy overtone instruments designed to facilitate deep cellular rest and visionary clarity.

4. Sweet Community Integration
We will bring you back slowly with soft chimes, concluding our container with a brief moment of shared silence and a gentle grounding practice to anchor your expansive cosmic journey firmly back into your daily physical life.
