Shelford Colour Run
Event description
As part of the Year 5-8 Extension program, Shelford Parents' Association will be hosting our first colour run and it will be open for students from Prep to Year 8.
Date: Wednesday 29 November 1.30pm
Participation: is free and sponsored by SPA. Students will receive a white bucket hat
Participating students must bring the following items:
- White t-shirt, clothes and shoes that may get dirty and stained.
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Clothes to change into (if required)
- Wet bag for dirty items
- Optional: Girls are welcome to wear fun costumes and tutus during the Colour Run, however these may be dirty and stained.
As we are a SunSmart school, all students must wear sunscreen and a hat. Sunscreen will be provided, however; if your daughter requires a specific brand please send a supply for the day.
Request for volunteers:
We welcome parent volunteers and spectators. Please note that all parents volunteering must have a valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC). Please RSVP online at https://events.humanitix.com/shelford-colour-run
If you do not wish for you daughter to participate in the Colour Run, please notify your class teacher or Year Level Coordinator – Mr Hill thill@sheflord.vic.edu.au
Students who do participate in the colour run will be provided with an alternate activity.
